FightFair pulls real-time data from third-party market sources. While we work to ensure listings are relevant, filtered, and accurate, we cannot guarantee:
Market data reflects conditions at the time of report generation. Values in the used vehicle market can shift rapidly. Reports should be used promptly — data may not reflect market conditions weeks after generation.
FightFair is an information and documentation tool. Nothing on this website, in your report, or in any communication from FightFair should be interpreted as legal, financial, or professional advice.
State laws regarding insurance claim disputes, total loss thresholds, and valuation requirements vary and change. While we include state-specific information as a reference, this information may not reflect the most current regulations in your state. Always verify your rights independently or consult a licensed professional for your specific situation.

Reports are priced at $19 per report (subject to change). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
Refund policy: Because reports are generated and delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevented delivery of your report, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
If you believe there was an error in your report due to incorrect information you submitted, contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
The FightFair name, branding, website design, report format, and underlying methodology are proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform, report format, or content without written permission.
The market data included in your report is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their respective terms. FightFair does not claim ownership of underlying listing data.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FightFair and its operators shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of FightFair shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report in question.

Submitting false information to generate a report does not change the nature of the document — but it does affect its usefulness and accuracy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of FightFair after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We will not retroactively apply material changes to reports already purchased.
